Shipping and returns

We always try our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. Therefore we ship all shipments with POST NL and DHL within the Netherlands.

With a personal Track & trace code, you are capable to follow the status of your shipment. Deliveries take up to 2-3 working days, after the order has been placed.

If your shipment has not been received within the indicated timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@neycko.com

Payment and returns

Are the items you ordered and received not to your preference, or have you changed your mind? At Neycko you can return the purchased products within 14 days following date of receipt.

Follow these simple steps for returning items:

  • Fill out the items you are returning on the return-form you received with your order.
  • Fill out the reason for returning the item.
  • Include the return-form with the item you are sending back.
  • Return the item in the original Neycko packaging.
  • Pack the item in the originally delivered packaging and put it in the sendbag.
  • Cover your own address details with the label of the carrier that you have chosen. Make sure the package is closed well. Make sure the package is closed well.
  • Please do not damage or write on the packaging/box
  • You will receive a confirmation email after the carrier has received your returned items and after Neycko has received the returned item(s).

Exchanging items

Exchanging our products is possible. Exchanging is only possible if the products have not been used, washed or worn. If you want to exchange an item for a similar item in a different size or color, return the item with the fully completed return form and clearly indicate which item you wish to exchange. Return policy

The following conditions apply when returning items:

  • Items that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Please do not damage or write on the box.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag or sticker still attached.
  • The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly and be included with the returned items.
  • Neycko can require payment for items that have been damaged.

REFUNDS, BY PAYMENT METHOD

If you have returned an item, the purchased amount will be refunded by the same payment method you used while ordering. See below for more information:

  • Creditcard: the purchase amount is automatically returned to your credit card account within 1 to 4 weeks.
  • PayPal: PayPal automatically processes Refunds.
  • Klarna: Klarna automatically processes Refunds.
  • ApplePay: ApplePay automatically processes Refunds.
  • iDEAL: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
