Do I need an account to order?

No, you don’t need to create an account.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 1 to 2 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How will my order be delivered?

We use PostNL for package delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been registered with PostNL you will receive a track-and-trace code.

Please check your spam folder in your email.

What happens to my order if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbours or a pick-up point nearby. PostNL will email you about this.

What are the shipping costs?

We don’t charge any delivery costs.

If I place multiple orders in one day, will I pay more shipping costs?

No.

Is a payment at Neycko Menswear safe?

Yes, Neycko Menswear uses the secure Mollie environment.

Why can't I pay with my chosen payment method?

It is not possible to pay in the Dutch webshop with a foreign bank or credit card. It is also not possible to place an order from abroad.

Can I also pay afterwards?

Where can I enter a discount code?

How do I return an item?

The return costs are at your own expense.

Is it possible to return multiple items at the same time?

Yes, this is possible; indicate this on the return form.

Can I return an item bought in the Sale?

No, this is not possible.

How long can I return items?

You can return items within fourteen days of receiving your order in the original packaging.

How long does it take before my return is processed?

We aim to process a return within one day after receiving it. You will receive confirmation by email.

When will I receive my money back for a returned item?

If you have returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your order.

  • Credit card: automatically refunded within 1 to 4 business days.
  • Apple Pay: Apple Pay automatically processes refunds.
  • iDEAL: credited within 2 business days.


My return has not yet been received or processed, what now?

Please contact our customer service. Have your order number and the track-and-trace code at hand, and we will work together to find a solution.

Can I return an item?

We will assess this upon receipt of the returned item. If the item has not been worn and there are no damages or stains visible, then this is possible.

Who is responsible for properly packaging the return?

As the customer, you are responsible for properly packaging your return to ensure it is well protected during transport. Pack the item in a box or bag and seal it carefully. If the item is received damaged because it was not packaged properly, we cannot reimburse the item.


Do I need to keep proof of return?

When you hand in your return package you will receive a return receipt or an email with the track-and-trace code. Keep this safe until the return has been processed. If you do not receive proof, for example at an unmanned point, then it is your own responsibility. Neycko Menswear BV is not liable for losing the package.

How can I exchange items?

Use the included return form and indicate on the form which items you want to exchange.

What is the right of withdrawal and how do I exercise it?

When you purchase a product you have the right to dissolve the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period begins on the day after you or a representative designated by you and made known to Neycko Menswear BV receives the product.

You are only liable for any decrease in value of the goods that results from use of the goods other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
